Plagiarism-is the act of copying another person's idea,text or creative work,and presenting it as one's own,especially without permission.
People begin to wonder why most prominent politicians are involved in others speech.
The US-ex President Bill Clinton, in his 1993 inuagural speech said:
"Though our challenges are fearsome, so are our strengths.And Americans have ever been a restless, questing, hopeful people.We must bring to our task today the vision and will of those who come before us."
Here are some previous examples of prominent politicians caught in the act plagiarizing.
Recently, Ghana's President Nana Akufo-Addo has also been caught plagiarizing the speechs of the former US leader in his Saturday presidential inauguration.
Nana Akufo-Addo who succeeded in his third attempt to be elected President went further to say:
"I ask you to be citizens: citizens, not spectators; citizens not subjects;responsible citizens building your communities and nation."
Again, this was similar to what former US President George Bush said in his 2001 inauguration speech.so you can see he (Nana Akufo-Addo) is not the first and likely to be the last.
